Press the connector onto the pipeline until the two fixing seat locking tabs click to lock. This proves that the connector is installed.
How to replace the car oil connector, the steps are as follows. : Step 1: Open the inspection port and remove the oil inlet pipe at the fuel tank. Remember to remove the oil pipe first to ensure that the oil loss is reduced as much as possible.
Step 2: Remove the oil return pipe at the fuel tank, then connect the joint with your own oil pipe, and tighten the oil inlet and return port with a wrench.
Step 3: Tie up the oil pipe. The oil pipe must be placed below the low-pressure line, because oil leakage above the wiring harness may cause a fire.
Step 4: After tying the wiring harness and fuel pipe, connect the fuel inlet pipe to the engine, if not, tie it to the fuel filter in front of the engine.
Step 5: Just connect the engine oil return pipe to the engine oil return.
Step 6: Final check. If an oil pipe leaks, it can be directly connected from it. There is no need to re-lay or change the oil pipe, but it must be fixed tightly.
Do not use fluids other than the specified applicable fluids. Do not use water or glycol series media. Such substances will cause the zinc coating on the surface to dissolve. Refer to the end of this note to confirm the sealing material and body material suitable for the fluid.
Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure limit of the quick coupling during use.
Do not use it outside the operating temperature range to prevent wear or leakage of the sealing material.
The brake valve must be installed in front of the fuel pipe quick connector. Do not disassemble it when there is oil pressure.
Do not use it for purposes other than connectors.
Do not hit, bend, or stretch artificially to prevent damage.
Do not use it in places mixed with metal powder or sand to prevent poor work or leakage. Adhering debris will cause poor work or leakage.
If it is used in a machine subject to vibration or impact, it will cause the decrease in durability.
