1. Core Structure of the Fuel Injector

A fuel injector consists of a valve body, nozzle, needle valve, filter screen, spring, and an electrical connector. The valve body regulates fuel pressure, while the nozzle atomises the fuel into fine droplets that enter the cylinder, delivering efficient combustion and higher engine power.



2. Leakoff Pipe

Function: Returns uninjected fuel from the top of the injector back to the fuel tank, keeping system pressure stable and preventing tank overpressurisation.

Technical Features: Stainlesssteel inner tube with a composite outer sheath, rated up to 150 bar and operating between –40 °C and 150 °C, ensuring smooth fuel return.

3. Silicone Hose

Advantages: Excellent oil resistance, hightemperature tolerance up to 200 °C, and flexibility for complex routing in the engine bay.

Typical Uses: Intake and turbocharger cooling loops, extensions of the leakoff pipe in highheat zones, and direct fuel delivery to the cylinder head.


4. QuickConnect Coupler
