Our hoses for milk and consumable fluids meet tough FDA sanitation requirements. FDA grade white rubber (EPDM) is used for the lining and cover, offering a service temperature range of -20° F to 180° F. An optional high-temperature white chlorobutyl lining can be supplied for temperatures up to 300° F for steam or chemical cleaning.

Food hose for dry bulk food products

Abrasive dry bulk materials such as grains, flour, sugar, beans, dry pharmaceuticals, and food starch, require a high-grade FDA pure gum rubber tube. The tube lining and cover of our food hoses meet FDA sanitary standards and are easily sanitized.

This hose with white FDA grade nitrile (NR) tube can handle the transfer of all types of oil-based food products, including tallow, olive oil, palm oil, peanut, sunflower, and soybean oil. The construction with nitrile (NR) cover provides superior flexibility, oil resistance, and a low drag coefficient.
