First, the skill of distinguishing silicone hose and rubber hose:

 The silicone product is a kind of silicone product and belongs to a high temperature vulcanized rubber product. Once exposed to the air, the silane monomer condenses, forming a network structure, cross-linking system, not melting and dissolving, being elastic, forming a rubbery state, and bonding the object at the same time. Its thermal conductivity is slightly higher than that of a general rubber product, and once cured, it is difficult to separate the bonded objects. Highly elastic polymer compound for rubber products. It has excellent electrical insulation performance, aging resistance, chemical stability, oxidation and weather resistance, radiation resistance, physiological inertness, good gas permeability, high and low temperature resistance. -60°C ~ 250°C for long-term use. Can be widely used in aviation, electronics, petroleum, chemical, machinery, electrical, medical, oven, food and other industrial sectors of good electrical insulation seals, liquid transport materials. Performance High temperature resistance, oil resistance, non-toxic and tasteless. Silicone rubbers can operate from -60°C to 250°C. It has excellent heat-resistant oxygen aging, ozone aging resistance, photoaging resistance and weathering resistance; it has good electrical insulation. Third, the characteristics of the silicone hose:

1. Structure: consisting of an inner rubber layer, 1-2 layers of cords or synthetic fibers woven or wound reinforcing layer, and an outer rubber layer.

2. Features: The hose has the advantages of small outer diameter tolerance, excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, light weight, soft and durable hose body. The small burst pressure of the hose is four times the working pressure.

3. Fiber braided (or entangled) hoses are used for diesel engines to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other mineral oils. They have excellent oil erosion resistance and can deliver oil below 100°C. The hose is used at an ambient temperature of not less than -30°C; it is also suitable for other petroleum-based, oil-water emulsion liquids and compressed air and inert gas media. Silicone products swimming caps are mainly made of high-grade silicone products. The silicone hose is soft to the touch, strong in elongation and very durable.
